To use proven scientific and ancestral techniques and knowledge to live in harmony with Mother Earth.

Welcome to the world of sustainable agriculture and soil regeneration. Led by Gilles Lapointe, PhD, they provide innovative knowledge and actionable plans to restore Mother Earth to her thriving state. Join us on a journey towards healthier soils, better water management, and thriving ecosystems.
The Approach
They employ a comprehensive methodology known as ACTS:
- Analyze: Assessing the individual elements of an agroecological system.
- Characterize: Dividing the agroecological site into manageable sections.
- Translate & Transfer: Sharing valuable information with farmers, gardeners, and nurseries.
- Synergize: Executing the project on the ground with collaborative efforts.”
Areas of Focus

Regeneration
Their established protocol ensures effective and efficient soil regeneration, with results achievable within one year. Once the soil is regenerated, they implement a comprehensive soil health protocol to maintain optimal conditions, eliminating the need for further regeneration.

Soil Health
Specific lab testing is easily understandable. On-farm physical testing is straightforward for farmers. Biological testing, though more complex, is manageable with training. Following a soil health protocol is essential, as management practices must change to achieve and maintain soil health. Without these changes, soil health cannot be attained.

Cover Crops
They offer access to a large database of cover crop information. The timing of seeding, the selection of species, and the right mixes are all crucial factors. Proper management of cover crops is essential for success.

Composting
They provide composting recipes and techniques, and teach how to set up a composting operation. Correct monitoring and maintenance are essential, as compost quality is key for agroforestry, pastures, gardens, and more..

Chemicals
You have the ability and need to decrease the use of synthetic fertilizers, herbicides, and pesticides. By following their regeneration protocol, this reduction is achievable and more straightforward than you might expect.

Mother Nature
We need to observe how Mother Nature operates and re-learn from her processes. Biomimicry, though a new term, is essential to our approach. By re-creating natural systems, we can avoid many problems and develop management techniques that are in harmony with nature.
Services
From consulting and training to custom action plans, they offer a range of services designed to meet the unique needs of farmers, gardeners, and nurseries. Their goal is to empower you with the knowledge and tools necessary to achieve sustainable agricultural practices.

About Gilles Lapointe, PhD.
Dr. Gilles Lapointe obtained his Ph.D. from the University of Guelph, following an M.Sc. in plant physiology and biochemistry at Agriculture Canada and University Laval. He trained in forest biotechnology at the Laurentian Forestry Center (NRC) and INRA, Versailles, France, and holds a certificate in bioinformatics from a joint Canadian program.
Dr. Lapointe’s career includes roles as a project manager in biotech, managing scientific research, liaising with corporate investors, and owning a biotech company. He became a genetic consultant, contributing to clinical trials.
Returning to Canada, he led a high-end residential landscaping company for 15 years, then became a horticultural consultant and production advisor in a nursery setting. His research on sustainability, soil health, cover crops, and plant health spanned 15 farms, leading to his current role as a consultant for nurseries and farmers.
